Gemstar Resources Ltd
A Rare Australian Emerald Opportunity
100% Project Ownership
Gemstar owns 100% of the Menzies Emerald Project through its wholly owned subsidiary Australia Menzies Emerald Pty Ltd, which holds granted Mining Lease M30/8 in Western Australia — one of Australia’s few documented emerald-bearing geological occurrences.
2026 Exploration Momentum
12 trenches were completed during the 2026 exploration program, including a new 26 m wide mica schist zone discovered at Trench 2720. Follow-up exploration is planned across known shoots and newly identified targets.
Mine-to-Market Strategy
Gemstar’s objective is to progressively connect Menzies emeralds from mine through grading, certification and structured sales channels to specialist international gemstone markets.
A 50-Year History of
Emerald Discovery
Emeralds were first reported at Menzies in 1974, and approximately 66,000 carats of facet-grade emerald have been reported from small-scale mining, predominantly within 5 m of surface. Potential emerald mineralisation is interpreted along a corridor extending for at least 1.9 km.
